Eli and Morgan’s wedding at Homewood was the perfect combination of timeless elegance and modern fun. Set in the heart of Asheville, the historic stone venue provided an intimate setting for a fall celebration full of laughter, love, and great music.

Ceremony in the Garden

Their ceremony took place inside Homewood’s stone hall, framed by gothic arches and warm candlelight. With music performed live by a string trio, the atmosphere was emotional and refined — a perfect start to a beautiful evening.

Cocktail Hour Indoors & Out

Following the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour both inside the venue and outdoors under the early autumn sky. The string trio continued to perform while an orchestral pop playlist filled the air indoors, creating a seamless transition between elegance and comfort.

Reception in the Great Hall

The reception began with high energy as the couple made their entrance to “I Got You” by James Brown — an instant crowd favorite. Their first dance to “Hooked on a Feeling” captured their playful and joyful dynamic, setting the tone for the night.

Dinner followed with a relaxed playlist of classic love songs and soft rock before heartfelt toasts from family and friends brought laughter and a few happy tears. Once formal dances concluded, the dancefloor opened and stayed full through to the final song, “December, 1963 (Oh, What a Night)” — a fitting close to an incredible evening.
